Our ins. co. selected Neumann for our roof replacement after Ian. We were traumatized because of the storm and heard so so many horror stories about roofers and AOB rip-offs etc. and just a myriad of stories of bad roofers and ins. experiences. It was such a pleasant surprise to be treated professionally by a roofer. Can you imagine that? Of course it took them a while because of the 100,000 roofs that needed replacing but they never lied, there was never any deception and they kept us up to date on scheduling etc. and treated us with respect at all times. I do not work for them, I don't have relatives or friends that work for them, and I am not a bot. We are just happy customers that got a new professionally installed roof and they left no evidence or garbage behind. Please consider this company if you are need of a new roof. At this rate they will be here for decades and certainly aren't fly-by-night, here today, gone tomorrow type of people.

I was initially very skeptical of Neumann Roofing as they were mandated by my insurance company. However, I was fortunate enough to have Daniel Holbrook overseeing the project and Don Rosio managing the crew. Their knowledge and expertise was priceless. Don was super responsive. They did what they said they would and the outcome met my expectations. The crew that performed the labor was amazing. They cleaned the area at the end of every day. We liked that Neumann hires American Veterans and that they are GAF Certified. The office staff were very pleasant and professional. They coordinated with our insurance company as our roof had been damaged during Hurricane Ian so this was under our claim. The installers did a good job replacing our roof. We have an unusual angle to our roof where it meets the carport roof. They were able to custom cut the shingles so as to visually blend with the dimensional appearance of the shingles. Our Project Manager was very professional. He answered all of our questions and coordinated his installers on how we wanted the angle where our two roofs meet, to be handled. The dumpster company they used was also very good. He was careful in placing the dumpster, delivered and picked up in a very timely manner as well. In addition, we received our invoice and warranty information without needing to make a phone call. My husband and I are very pleased with our new roof.

Neumann personnel were very professional, and easy to work with. They gave me a reroofing schedule, and stuck to it. When I had a concern about both the barrel tile size and warranties being offered, they were quick to find a satisfactory solution. They seem to follow the concept that"The customer is always right".
