Recently had our new tiled roof installed by Neuman. It was a challenging project with record breaking heat and fighting the rainy season in Florida. Our project manager Donald Rosio was the calm during the storms which we encountered. He communicated to us what would be done when and how they would do it. He handled every aspect of the job in a very caring professional manner. Our roof looks fantastic completed in timely fashion. I would highly recommend Neumann roofing and Thanks to Donald Rosio Project Manager for doing such a great job!!

Our Project Manager, Donald Rosio was outstanding and responded to all questions and issues we had as the roof replacement was in progress. He was very professional as well as personable. He communicated the timeline and the work to be done regarding each step of the project. He was patient and very thorough when addressing any concerns and questions we had up to the completion of the roof replacement. We were grateful Don was assigned to our project.

Sales Reps. very professional; crews unreliable. Enormous lead time to receive the new tile; then to install. Actual install process very slow--double the time it should have taken. Only 1-2 installers were showing up as the install dragged on. Tile choices were limited but good ss far as I know. The best thing was the Crew supervisor. He deserves commendation for communication and hands-on final inspection and clean-up. Kudos Mr. Leo Walcott.! The roof looks good and passed County inspections

Neumann construction did an excellent job with replacing the roof after Ian. Project Manager Don Rosio did great communicating, always responding to calls staying on schedule with every step. The team working on the roof did a fantastic job , even in the extreme heat. Thank for a great experience.
