The replacement of the flat roof was done quickly (2 days) and done well. It sure turned out to be a lot better experience than the original roofing job your guys did 5 years ago. Thank you!

In the post-Ian recovery period, when both supplies and skilled workers were in short supply, Neumann addressed our roof replacement by supplying both short term remedies, and final reconstruction of our roof and gutters. Our Project Manager, Randy Haffey, was able to respond to unexpected events, such as Hurricane Idalia sweeping by in the middle of roof replacement, to prevent interior damage to our home, and keep the project moving. The post replacement clean-up was performed expediently and professionally, including driveway cleaning to remove evidence of construction activity. A positive experience in a field that is replete with stories reflecting the opposite.

1st of all it is a big deal getting a new roof installed. It takes a lot of work on the supervison end! That being said Don Rosie was excellent in his performance. He got to know me in the beginning explaining the process and understanding my concerns! Let me say Neumann construction is very fortunate to have him as a employee!! Reason I can say that, I owned my own construction company for over 35 years and to find someone like him is very rare! Thank you again Don!

Update: Neumann's crew has done a top-notch job on my roof and associated issues. I am very happy with their performance. I truly admire all of the workers and especially Joey and Sunny. Even Lucky who is here completing some stucco work showed up right after the shingles and related work was done. He is doing a bit of stucco where they had to replace a flashing. They are the best. Update: They seem to be moving forward. Olympus Insurance has agreed to replace the roof. I am awaiting a final form to allow Neumann Construction and Roofing access to my property. I am very happy to finally get positive news and the roof replaced. I have two bedrooms that were rain damaged because of the leaks. Never got a call back. Roof is hurricane damaged for over 10.months. insurance supposedly assigned them to repair or replace it. But haven't gotten a reply from them.

If I could rate just the project manager, Randy Haffey, I would give this company a great rating! He was always trying to get materials, crew, time frames etc. He truly wanted our roof project to go well. Neumann was constantly telling you whatever you wanted to hear. We had the wrong phone number, e-mail, whatever yet they were talking to you! It will be done in about 3 months! The approval was on 02/14/2023. The project was just completed 01/03/2024! Delays because a crew had to be fired for poor quality work, leaks that caused more interior damage, inability to get materials & labor all were factors that hindered the roof project. My thought is, don't take work on assignment from an insurance company if you can't complete a job in a timely & competent manner!
