UPDATE: We're changing our rating to a 5-star. The owner of the company personally came to meet with us and to apologize for everything they put us through. They went above and beyond to make things right. Neumann's replaced our roof again and they took the right steps to remediate the water intrusion and mold issues in our home. Thank you! BUYER BEWARE! Neumann Construction & Roofing replaced our roof in November 2021. Three months ago, we found mold in a wall caused by improper roof installation of a dead valley. Since Neumann has been brushing us off, we hired a licensed inspector to perform a thorough inspection of the roof and our home. We found that we have TWO ACTIVE LEAKS in our roof AND we have DANGEROUS LEVELS OF MOLD in our home office. They tried to fix the roof and actually made it worse. Now they're refusing to help further. We had two other roofing companies confirm the issue is coming from improper roof installation. We have sent them the inspection and mold report, pictures, videos, emails. They also know that we have 4 young children at home. They couldn't care less. If they ever decide to make things right, I will update my review. But, until then, THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY. Only God knows what they have put our family through.

Unfortunately this is who our insurance company chose after hurricane Ian. It's now June 2023 and we still are dealing with leaks in our new roof, yep the new roof they installed leaks. They also destroyed our chimney, which leaks too. Our brick chimney now looks like a poor Picasso design with broken bricks and concrete. They had to redo the interior ceiling and will be doing it again from a continued leak. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY save yourself the headache. They are horrible with horrible service. They should not have a license. UPDATE: it's now Aug 29th I've consulted a construction attorney and called Jackie Callaway with ABC. She came out and did a full investigation and brought a roof inspector who said this should not of even passed inspection. She contacted Neumann several times by phone and email. Today they have begun repairs (24 hours prior to Hurricane Idalia) and 48 hours prior to her investigation airing on ABC which I'm sure is why this repair is actually happening, thank you Jackie! Take a look at the old plywood which is sunken next to new plywood this was work they did originally and how they had to reconstruct my chimney. We have numerous nails that are not flush and they have to remove shingles, remove the nail and fix properly then put new shingles back on. 10 MONTH NIGHTMARE! AND COUNTING! Update: it's now Sept 29th. After my investigation aired on ABC with Jackie Callaway the owner Jason came to my home, he listened attentively and put a plan in place. They came to do a repair on our lanai but after they replaced everything it still leaked, they replaced it again and leaked yet even worse, finally they had another company come fix it properly and now we cross our fingers and wait for the rain. Jason bought us 2 solar attic vents, had our home air quality tested and provided us with a check due to poor workmanship in compensation for our extensive ongoing troubles. We are coming close to having our home back and waiting for the interior repairs to be finalized. I'm sure this has been a learning experience for Neumann Construction but I still cannot say that I would recommend them since every time they came to repair something they either created another issue or found that the repair they made was not proper and the issue continued. I do appreciate Jackoe Callaway for helping me bring this to the attention of the owner because without her I'm sure I would still have leaks, interior damage and unanswered calls, texts and emails to Neumann Construction.

Used Neumann roofing to install a new roof with gold warranty. 7 years later soffit rotted out due to roof/wall leak. Contacted GAF who informed me to contact roofer who installed roof. contacted Neumann roofing several times before someone was sent out to inspect the roof. Was told there was a hole in the wall adjacent to the roofing and that they would check with the office to see if they would fix the issue under the warranty. 6 weeks and 8 calls later no returned call from Neumann. GAF is a good product but the warranty is only as good as the roofer who installs it. Would stay away from a roofer who installs the roof next to a hole in the adjacent wall and not inform owner or repair the roof that accepted the substrate and installed the roof system touching the hole in adjacent wall and not inform the home owner. In response to Neamann roofing response below; I would like to clarify that I the home owner made the repairs to the roof 2 months after not receiving any notification if the roofing issue would be handled by Neaman roofing or GAF. A Neaumann roofing rep came out a week or so back to take pictures of the repairs to send on to GAF for the completed work. I handed an invoice to the gentleman who had taken the pictures to be passed on.
