Having previously used this company for a new roof for my primary home (great work) and referred this company to other neighbors (again, great work), I gave them a call for repairing a roof on a rental home in SW Florida and to also repair a neighbors roof next door to it. Estimator came out and evaluated both homes and indicated he would get us both an estimate in 3-4 days. Two weeks has gone by and no estimate even after placing 2 followup calls. I called again to ask for either test message/vmail indicating no-bid..so as to not waste time and move on to another roofer. Having used them in the past, I am disappointed with lack of professionalism and communication in this instance. Given the situation, not sure I could count on the roof installer project mgmt. or quality in case that area of the business has changed as well. At this point, don't feel comfortable referring them in either the Tampa Bay area or southwest FL for roofing.

Had a great experience with a roof replacement. From estimation to completion they were great to work with. All materials were delivered as scheduled. They had an awesome crew that made sure all of my needs were met. They took great detail in the work that they did, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again.

Experienced, professional, and thorough. These are the guys you want repairing your home!

I’m currently in the process with Neumann for a roof replacement, and let me tell you; they are amazing! After dealing with a nightmare roofing company, I feel at ease with Neumann. Cindy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions, gave me advice on how to proceed, and overall just professional. They support veterans, and don’t use practices like AOBs (learned that the hard way from previous contractor. I wish I could give them more stars.
