The Neumann team is fabulous! From the initial walk-through until completion, our project manager and all crews involved were thorough with their work, communicative, and courteous. All of the work took place during COVID and we always felt safe. I cannot recommend them enough!

I've been getting one delay after another for 2 months from my insurance company. I had water damage to my wall, floors and bathroom vanity. I had a different consultation company that was also dragging their feet so I fired them. Hired Neumann construction & roofing. They came out immediately and sent their estimate to the insurance company. James stayed on the insurance company until he got their approval to start the work. I didn't want to sign the paperwork on the internet so he brought it to my house. Also Trent ( one of the workers )brought samples of flooring for me to look at. The other construction company promised to do that but never did in a 2 month period. James either calls or text me daily to let me know how things are moving along. Sept 8th the work starts. I'll definitely do a review on their work. But so far I'm very impressed.

I wish to express my sincere satisfaction with the water damage repair work completed in my home by Neumann Construction. The meticulous attention to detail is exemplary. Excellent workmanship, very responsive to concerns, site manager Walter, always responded quickly, very professional, and exceeded our expectations. Keith, site supervisor ,was professional. James handled communication with insurance company to keep project on task and within budget. Roofing crew did a great job, along with other crews. We were very pleased.
