Last year our home was severely damaged as a result of an explosion. Neumann's construction was professional and quick in their response. They tarped the roof, organized the repair and most impressively finished on time! Our project manager Dale Miller was amazing. Kind, patient and lots of attention to detail. Thank you Neumann's for being amazing!

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I purchased a house that had a new roof put on in March 2018 and I closed in July 2018. The sky light has leaked since the roof was put on. I have been told since then that they would "fix" the leak so the popcorn would stop falling down. Well after 5 tries I am now being told that 30% moisture on the inside drywall is normal and they are not responsible for any of the leaks. 3 months after the installation not only was the sky light leaking but also a leak in the bedroom which slowed the closing of the house. Very poor workmanship and VERY poor customer service. This is a picture of the amount of ceiling that is falling 1 1/2 yrs after the roof was installed. But it isn't leaking I'm being told by management. UPDATE 2/25/20 My roof has been repaired and skylight closed up so no more leaks. Sean was diligent in getting the repairs done and the roof is finally leak free!
