We have used Feazel Roofing a few times over the last couple of years and each experience has been very positive. We initially came into contact with them due to storm damage. They were prompt and thorough as they walked us through the repair. This interaction led us to use Feazel to replace the entire roof. They were responsive throughout and answered any questions that we had along the way. The process was seamless and their crew was very professional. Most importantly, they back their product and installation 100% and have come out a couple of times since to help us deal with things like birds getting into the soffits or a bat in the attic. We have recommended them to our friends and neighbors and will continue to do so!

Called these guys last week because of storm damage, I have water coming into the house to the point of having buckets catching it. Bryce the supervisor was out mid week last week and was supposed to send their estimate to my insurance company same day so we could get the ball rolling. Needless to say I can’t get ahold of them three voicemails later, called main office twice they said they would have him call me, still nothing. I was promised they would get me right on the schedule and here we are. If you didn’t want to do the job just say that then. Thank you for wasting my time!
