I’m so happy I decided to go with Feazel to replace my roof and gutters after sustaining hail storm damage. I talked to a couple different companies before choosing to go with Feazel because their salesman really stood out as very knowledgeable. The installation process took awhile to get started due to Covid manufacturing delays, but once they got going it was smooth sailing! The crew was so professional and hard working, staying as long as daylight allowed. Production manager Shawn Oehlstrom was fantastic at communicating and keeping me up to date. He answered all of my questions promptly and I can’t thank him enough for seeing me through the whole process. The finished product looks amazing. I love my new roof, copper flashing, and gutters! The neighbors can’t stop commenting on how good it looks.

My Feazel roof, skylight, and gutters were replaced in April 2017. On March 16th 2022 I noticed, what I thought was. a very small water spot on the ceiling at the edge of the skylight's molding. I called Lisa at Brunswick and I immediately received a call from Mike (Proj. mgr) who scheduled a service call for two days later. Precisely on time two Feasel Service Techs, David and Mike, were at my house on the 18th. They began by inspecting the bathroom ceiling around the skylight, and advised me they suspected the leak was not due to a faulty skylight or its installation but more likely it was caused by condensation from shower steam and colder outside temps and snow drifting on the skylight's frame. They quickly added that they would do further checks to insure that was the cause. They immediately checked the roof area around the base of the skylight and adjoining shingles. Next they asked if I'd let them access the unfinished attic's floor area in order to check the attic roof sheeting, and exhaust fan venting. Finally, they showed me pictures of all areas checked which substantiated all were dry and showed no water staining, confirming the techs' original diagnosis. These two techs were VERY polite, conscientious, and professionally explained, with pictures, the cause for the water spots which I thought was from an external leak. I'm very pleased that FEAZEL ROOFING has the caliber of Associates who take every effort to insure FEAZEL'S CUSTOMERS CONTINUE to BE SATISFIED WITH FEAZEL'S SERVICE POLICY. Thank You!

I worked with Sales Rep Mike Stack and Project Manager Mike McLaughlin for a complete roof replacement and installation of gutter covers. Great options were presented and I found something that perfectly matched our previous roof. The job started on time and finished earlier than expected.
