Kal Hamm, Mike McLaughlin, Shawn Oehlstrom and Lisa were all very responsive from start to finish. The job was started and finished in a timely fashion and they did a great job cleaning up as well!

Feazel roofing came out last Friday may 20th to install a new roof.. The company did an amazing job and the roof looks amazing and clean up was perfect and the company and value was honest and fair... Matt Christian, the sales associate, was patient and did an amazing job and was upfront and honest and Mike Mclaughlin, the project manager, did the follow up and was professional and made sure everything went smooth in which it did!!! This company, and all of its employees from Matt to Mike to the roofers were honest, hardworking and upfront and worth every penny spent to put a beautiful new roof on my house.. Justin Koenig and his on-site manager, Mike did and excellent job form completely removing my old roof, including all 85 sheets of OSB Plywood to correcting the attic venting and bathrooms venting to replacing all the exterior fascia and then installing all new 5" inch gutters & downspouts. Everyone involved worked extremely hard to complete the project and that include excellent cleanup. While expensive, I definitely got what I paid for. I also got 2 other professional roofing estimates prior to selecting Feazel.

My old roof was 27 years old and I realized it was a matter of time before I faced issues and realized it was not wise anymore to challenge 'mother nature'. I met with the Feazel Sales Representative, Bryce Fink in mid April and covered the scope of work I needed and he was exceptional in terms of making sure every fine detail was covered. I also needed to replace some siding on my back dormer. I was presented a quote and awarded Feazel the job after going over detail. During the job to which was just completed today I cannot compliment the entire Feazel team enough. Lisa Stachura, the office receptionist made me aware of the precise day and time the project would begin. Mike McLaughlin, Project Manager and Shawn Oehlstrom, Production Manager met with me prior to the start and covered every single concern and layed out the scope of work to make certain I was well aware of what would transpire each day. The days were early and the crew worked until dusk. Each day Mike and I communicated several times and he addressed every single question and concern I had with professionalism and astute knowledge. I also want to commend Rich Hoffman and David Frindt whom did an impeccable job on my siding and gutter/downspout heat cables. Rich had also performed a few additional items on the punch list and his charisma and creative skillset never ceased to amaze me. In closing, I rate Feazel a top notch Five Star rating and I know they will always be there to support me. Great Job Team Feazel!! P.S. As the commercial states during the Cleveland Guardians games, they are not kidding about the 8,000 nails to installing a roof.

Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from the first meet for a roof replacement estimate to the final installation. Matt, Rich, Mike and the installation crew worked together as a team and met all expectations; start to finish. The quality of the product (shingles) and the workmanship of the installers can't be matched.
