These guys are great! We have 36 sq roof and the did tear off and replacement in one day. They used tarps to cover the house and collect smaller debris. Rich H and Dave were timely and personable when hooking up the bathroom vents. Mike M was a excellent project manager and made sure everything was completed as expected. Mike S was instrumental in the getting the process rolling after the initial storm and helped working with the MFG of the existing shingles to have the warranty transfered. I would recommend feazel to anyone in the north east Ohio area.

I had a great experience with Feazel Roofing. The sales rep, Khalid Hamdallah, provided a clear and thorough explanation of what was causing the moisture issues with our old roof and why a replacement was necessary. He was extremely helpful from the initial inspection through the installation day and was responsive any time I had questions. The installation crew did a great job and the project manager, Mike McLaughlin, checked in during and after the installation to make sure we were satisfied. Lisa Stachura was also helpful with the scheduling and followed up to make sure there was nothing else we needed. The entire team worked together to provide great service and seemed to genuinely care if we were happy.
