Matt, Mike, and roofing crew are the best! Matt went to bat for us dealing with our insurance company, and his confidence helped calm our worries throughout the process. When our insurance company sent out an inspector, Matt was there to assist us with the knowledge only a experienced roofing contractor would understand. Thank you, Matt. The roofing crew was excellent, thorough, and did not rush the job. They seem to work as a team to do things right the first time, and even the clean-up was incredibly...well, impressive. Mike, inspected our roof after the crew completed their work to answer all of our questions, and addressed very slight issues immediately. There will be only one roofing company we would recommend to anyone in our part of northeastern Ohio, Feazel! Thanks again to Feazel...we have our life back.

Feazel Roofing has been incredible! They were referred by my insurance company to install a new roof that included a tear-off and replacement. I was using another roofer that does not compare to Feazel, and I am glad the insurance company suggested them. They are very professional and responsive, and they addressed every concern and question we had. The quality of the roof installation was excellent. Unfortunately, some pesky squirrels have ripped up the ridge vents on two occasions, but Feazel came out and performed repairs the very day I called them. And, they even came up with a solution to resolve any issues with the ridge vent squirrels in the future. I highly recommend Feazel Roofing for any roofing project you may have, you will be impressed.

Definitely recommend the Feasel company for roof replacement.  The Sales Rep Erich Moore, Project Manager Mike McLaughlin and receptionist Lisa Stachura are one of the best teams I've ever encountered.  They were absolutely caring and professional. Lisa was a joy to talk with as she kept me informed through phone calls and emails.  I never had to wonder what was happening which was such a relief.  Erich came out worked with the insurance company and assured me that I'd have no worries throughout the process.  The day of my roof being replaced Mike McLaughlin made sure I knew what was going on each step of the way.  I was so happy when Mike said it was time for the workers to replace the skylights and to make sure the tarp was in place for the debris.  The following day Mike came out for the inspection and answered all my remaining questions.  Mike made such an impression on my 3 year old great grandson.  All my grandson kept saying was bye Feazel. Mike laughed, smiled and waved. I can't say enough about the roofing crew.  They were EXCELLENT!  All the care they took in screening and tarping the house so no debris would be left. The clean-up after was excellent as well.  You have a fantastic roofing crew.  Thanks so much to Feazel for having such caring and hardworking employees!
