Used Feazel for a few different repairs(some known, some unexpected). Overall good experience. Communication was good. I could see where dealing with several different people during repairs could get confusing for some people but okay for me.

Any communication associated with Matt was handled promptly. Lisa Stachura handled the scheduling and any details associated with scheduling efficiently and courteously. Mike McLaughlin the site project manager handled all details, my questions, to the point that there was no follow up after the work was completed. I was satisfied that the crew did a complete clean up after install. Additionally, the crew re-installed my roof heating wire-element on the front portion of my roof. I would recommend this team and company.
