Highly recommend! I had raccoon damage to my soffits and had reached out to 3 companies. Feazel was the first to respond, and Mike Cox was wonderful. Everything you hope for when contacting a company for the first time - on time and professional. He took the time to explain the damage, his proposed solution and a very accurate estimate. He also took pictures of my roof and damage and sent them to me for my records. During the entire process, he kept me up to date and informed. I was entirely satisfied with Mike's work and professionalism. I don't know the boss of Feazel Roofing, but he is very lucky to have Mike Cox as an employee. I highly recommend this company, and will absolutely use them in the future if needed.

Feazel Roofing Parma did a tremendous job with my new roof from start to finish. Erich Moore, their Sales Manager, helped me navigate submitting my claim to the insurance company and made sure the inspection was completed quickly. He also helped with selecting materials for the roof replacement and found examples of materials and homes to see how the shingles looked. The roofing crews were excellent; they showed up early every day and never stopped working until dark. They made sure everything was cleaned up every evening before they left. Mike McLaughlin, the project manager, stayed in touch during the entire process and ensured the final issues were solved quickly. Erich also followed up daily to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. Everyone was very helpful! I would highly recommend Feazel to anyone contemplating their roof replacement.

I requested a quote for roof damage weather related and Tony Cruz made a very professional presentation. My insurance company wanted to pay for replacement shingles that were inferior in quality compared to the existing roof. Tony provided proof of the type and quality of the existing shingles to my insurance and the issue was resolved. The installation was timely and the crew worked from dawn to dusk till completion. The quality control supervisor was available on demand. Feazel company was very professional from the beginning of the project till the end. A step above the other companies that I have dealt with in the past.
