May 14, 2022 I recently requested an estimate from Feazel Roofing, Parma OH, to replace my 20-year old roof. I had seen their commercials on TV and thought I’d give them a try, and am I ever glad I did! Mr. Michael Stack, Senior Field Supervisor, made several visits to my home to scope out the job and offer suggestions on how to proceed. He was always very caring, professional, and eager to go the extra mile to offer advice and answer questions. I had complete confidence in Mr. Stack. After contract signing, Mr. Michael McLaughlin, Feazel Project Manager, continued the same high level of professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to answer all questions regarding the job, scheduling, etc. I knew I was in good hands with both of these gentlemen. Lisa Stachure provided timely telephone guidance on scheduling and other issues related to the job, and her contribution is much-appreciated. The workers who installed the roof were absolutely top-notch. Their professionalism, expertise and unbelievable hard work ethic is extraordinary – they are absolutely top-notch in every way, and go far beyond what is normally experienced these days. These gentlemen started working at 7 am and worked until it was dark - past 9 pm, then cleaned everything up. They worked hard every minute they were here. They helped each other, and their attention to detail was unbelievable. They are strong, courteous, polite, and worked under extremely difficult conditions. The roof pitch was very steep, the temperature was hot, and yet they always gave full attention to detail under the difficult working conditions. In my opinion, if the countries of the world had their preeminence based on how hard their people worked, Honduras would be the leaders of the world! Feazel did such an outstanding job that I am compelled to write this Letter of Appreciation. In this day and age it’s rare indeed to find workers that go beyond the minimum level of performance. Did a great job. Excellent quality. Completed the tear off of (2) sets of shingles and replaced a couple sheets of plywood in repair all in a single day. Completed the job in almost 12 hours, including the flashing on the fireplace. Excellent craftsmanship.

This company is amazing and the customer service they provide cannot be beat. They replaced my roof and gutters. They provided quality work and it was done quickly and when scheduled. Any problems or concerns are promptly addressed. They came out and corrected my shower vent problems that were not installed or caused by them and without a charge. They also provide a lifetime , transferable warranty on new roofs. I don’t know if any other company would do that. I highly recommend Feazel to everyone.

I had a very good experience with Feazel Roofing from the salesman and office staff to the work crew. They were very professional and courteous as well as helpful in solving my roof problems. Their price was very good and the guarantee is excellent. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the product used. I would definitely recommend Feazel to my friends and family.

After waiting just a little longer than I expected, the job was done exceedingly well. The workers were earlier than expected & started immediately. They placed everything they had to move right back where it belonged & cleaned up so well it looked like they were never here except for my wonderful new roof. Thank you Feasel!
