A++ rating in my book. I had two other companies that tried to screw me out of my insurance deposit. I called Feazel almost one year after i was having the initial problems. I sat down with Eric and went through everything. I still had my insurance check so getting the process started was very easy. Within one month of having a new estimate drawn up and approved i had my new roof installed. The crew was very professional and had my roof torn off and replaced with all flashing needed in one day. From 7-6 they worked. Im so pleased with their customer service. It blows me away. Thank you from a very happy and satisfied customer. I will recommend you to everyone needing any home repairs.

Don’t waste your time with this company. Called to get an estimate on some repair work. Scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday 10-11 am window. No one showed. Called about 12 or 12:30 and the receptionist said she would have to check with the crew. Got a call around 4 pm, the guy apologized said he thought the appointment was for Wednesday. He assured me he would call first thing the next morning to confirm the appointment for Wednesday. Again no call all morning. Tried calling the guy, no answer, voicemail full. I guess your company doesn’t want my business.

We are beyond thrilled by how our roof replacement went. The project was great start to finish. The entire roof replacement, which included some board replacements and gutter repair, took just shy of 7 hours and they left things cleaner than when they started. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

The crew arrived early and worked hard and got the job in one day! Our crew worked together like clock work! Clean up was simply wonderful! I had maybe 5 very small pieces of old material from the entire roof tear off, replacing wood and new roof! Looks perfect! Very pleased!

Efficient, hard-working installers, professional. We are very pleased with the final look of the new roof. Everyone from start to finish has been easy to work with. They cleaned up after completion & the project manager came to check the work.
