I worked with Sales Rep Mike Stack and Project Manager Mike McLaughlin. Had great follow-up from Lisa at the main office. I was very happy with both the quality and pricing. Mike Stack took the time to come out and do a thorough inspection and speak with me about the project before creating a proposal. Both the roofing team and gutter team were gentlemen that I was comfortable having on my property doing work. They were friendly and pleasant, on time and I could see they were working hard and very experienced. They made sure to clean up well afterwards - I was not worried about leftover nails, etc. left around the yard. I was definitely kept in the loop around timing. No surprises. Would definitely recommend. My roof and gutters look great!

We had roof installed 2 years ago and during this winter storm in 2022 we had a couple of small leaks in our interior. I called Feazel and received a callback almost immediately from Mike and was told they could be out in 2 days. I was so very pleased with the promptness and professionalism throughout this entire process. After accessing the areas that needed a minor repair a date for the following week was set up and they were here to make necessary repair as promised and we received a follow up call from Mike to make sure we’re were pleased. I would and have referred this company. Needless to say, we’re very pleased that we chose Feazel roofing and the service we received from the Parma office was outstanding.
