I just completed the final quality inspection with Tony, the General Manager following the replacement of our roof and gutters due to hail damage. From our first meeting with Justin, our rep through the insurance claims process, installation and cleanup, Feazel was excellent. They were very responsive, answered all of our questions and managed the project in a professional manner. The roof and gutters look great and the warranty was amoung the best in the industry.

No call no show. The scheduling person was texting me saying my rep will call after I reached out on a no show for the appointment. This went on from 11am till 4 with a promise of at least a call from the rep. The rep never even called. Don't bother them, they have plenty of business apparently. I would never be a no show no call. So very unprofessional. Embarrassing. Update - Tony Cruise has reached out as the general manager from Feazel and has commited to turning the experience around. Updates to come.....

Feazel put on a new roof for us. They were professional and good at communicating when labor was going to happen and what to expect during the process. We appreciated having lots of roof color options and pictures of other homes to compare. The men who put on the roof were very kind with my children’s questions. They were very professional. The final inspection was through and they made sure we had all the proper new venting we needed. We were highly recommend using Feazel for your roofing needs.

Feazel roofing did a Beautiful job on my roof! They came in the early morning and dud the entire job in one day. They were professional, quick and efficient. They cleaned up everything and left my yard and property just as they found it. Also my roof has a lifetime warranty! I would highly recommend Feazelinc to any one needing a roof or roof repairs. As I said they dud an entire new roof in ONE DAY. Kudos to Feazel.
