After a storm rolled through our city called Feazel Roofing for a free roof inspection. Justin Koenig came out and inspected our roof, and did find hail and wind damage. We called our insurance company for advice and they sent out an adjuster and Justin was here with him in case there were any questions. They came installed our beautiful roof and new gutters! They worked with our insurance company, walked us through filing our claim followed up on all our questions very professional friendly and I would HIGHLY recommend Feazel Roofing! Justin Koenig is definitely a valued employee to Feazel! He is and stays on top of everything! Do not hesitate to use Feazel for your roofing needs!

Matt Christian was great as my salesman, who helped me with my insurance claim all the way to the end. I hired Feazel to replace and install new siding wraps around my garage doors, new roof, gutters, and downspouts. When Feazel sent out the first crew to replace the siding wraps around the garage doors, its turned out bad! Not at all what I expected! I was upset and called Matt who came out and agreed with me, and had another person come out to replace the bad work. This guy looked at it and said, "I don't have the right siding break to do the job", so he left. Furious, I called Matt and threaten to fire Feazel since they couldn't even do a simple little job like this, I'm not going to let them touch my roof and gutters! Matt went right to the 2 best people in my opinion Feazel has! Shawn Oehlstrom (Production Manager), and Mike McLaughlin (Service Technician). They came out, tools in hand and transformed the the horrible work into a great job, and exactly what I wanted.... Quality workmanship. They gave me their business cards, and told me that they would personally oversee the total project and if there was anything I didn't like to call them and they would would take of it! I trusted, and believed them. My New roof (tear off and install) went great, and since I am a perfectionist I wanted Shawn and Mike to do the flashing and caulking since it trims out the roof. They did not disappoint, it came out beautiful. my neighbors came out and complemented me on my new roof. My neighbor across the street was watching closely, because he was thinking of hiring Feazel for his house. Next was the gutters and downspouts. The crew Feazel sent out did a good job with minor corrections that they took care of when I asked them. After the first rain I noticed areas where the gutters were leaking. So you guessed it, I called Shawn, and he sent Mike right out! To this day, I consider Shawn and Mike my friends and would highly recommend them to anyone! As for Feazel, they are VERY fortunate to have Shawn and Mike on their payroll, and as long as they are with Feazel, I would recommend Feazel highly. If it wasn't for Shawn and Mike my neighbor across the street would not of hired Feazel, and who also by the way told his brother, and his daughter and both hired Feazel! My cousin lives in a hoa community and they decided to side the homes and she told me feazel so if this is the company they didn’t clean up nails and siding everywhere tore up door surrounds unlocked panels holes in the siding from misdrilling things on. Windows were not caulked, 12 in of metal 2 pieces because they didn’t have a long enough piece, lights not put on with brackets and the list just goes on and on. I do siding for a living so I know what it’s suppose to look like feazel is trash
