Great job on our roof and siding project! Matt, Justin and Shawn are a very professional team and they did a really great job. Siding team has much attention to detail and and very responsive to all of our questions. The siding team took a lot of pride in their work, and we are very happy with the finished project.

Outstanding work. Installation team was a workhorse - 2 twelve hour days of consistent work. Clean up was outstanding and roof looks great. Shawn ran the production efficiently and communicated well. Anthony was clear throughout the sales process and Mike and Shawn came by after the job was complete to check on our satisfaction and clean up a few loose ends. Great service and professional installation. I am very pleased.

I usually dont hire out companies to do work on my home (as I'm in the trades) and now I remember exactly why. Feazel is the worst company I've ever done business with. I am an extremely unhappy customer. The list is so long I don't even know where to start... First, The way Feazel trains their salesmen is unethical and disrespectful. The sales pitch is how fast their timeline is, they can have it done in a day, working with insurance is just as quick as out of pocket etc. Its all LIES to get you to book with them. Don't lie to a customer to make things sound better just to book the job. I'm beyond angry. I HAD 14 QUOTES from various roofing companies from July - August 2020. All of them quoted around $10k for my roof. Feazel comes over and says we can get you insurance money, we are only 3 weeks out, we can have it done in a day. Etc. Literally PROMISES all of that. That was the only reason I booked with them because I moved out of my home and wanted to list the home asap. 3 long MONTHS of no communication, no return phone calls, leading us on, taking our insurance money and leaving us hanging for 4 weeks without a SIMPLE phone call or booking us on the schedule is just plain rude and unprofessional. Who owns this business? How do you train your employees? I run a business and I would never do that to my clients. I know how much a roof + labor costs ... And the insurance gave us $18,000 for a $10,000 job. That's 8k+ profit with NO add ons like gutters or even our shed or barn. You think they would treat us better. I know they heard insurance money and got all excited because they get more money. Its unethical the way companies scam people. I just dont work like that. I would of rather paid a different company 10k out of pocket then give feazel any money because of how angry I am at their lack of professionalism and time frame. By lying to me multiple times week after week... My home has been sitting vacant for 3 months -waiting for a roof so it can be listed. It has cost me thousands of dollars in mortgage, bills, home staging deposits, realtor fees etc. Now my realtor is even mad because he has to keep rescheduling the listing photographers because another week goes by of Feazel NOT SHOWING UP without a phone call. Who does that? Just be honest about your scheduling and time frames. Feazel is NOT HONEST. I feel like Feazel has had enough 5 star reviews now they can just do whatever they want and it wont effect their rating and the owner doesn't care . I would never recommend them.
