We had a small job with our gutter system that we needed help with. We had called other companies but they were not interested or did not return our calls. Although it was a small job we were so very pleased that Feazel was interested in helping us. Phone calls were returned promptly and the downspouts were fixed beautifully and promptly as well. The crew that installed the roof did a very good job overall. When the job was completed, I did have an issue with the appearance of the flashing that was installed (it was wavy). Part of Feazel's procedure is a quality control check before issuing the final invoice. So with that in mind I didn't complain, I didn't say a word. I was planning to check to see how honest their QC assessment would be. Sure enough when the QC man came to inspect he spotted that issue and left a note on my door that said "flashing not up to Feazel QC standards, job not complete". Keep in mind that I hadn't tipped them of at all, they did this completely unprompted. Furthermore they didn't take half measures in correcting the issue. They didn't make an attempt to straighten the flashing that was installed, they just went ahead and had all new flashing delivered and installed. To say I was pleased with the final product would be completely accurate. To say I was pleased with the service and workmanship would be a complete understatement! I was absolutely over the moon to have a company be so steadfast in doing the job right. We are all human and we all make mistakes, but when a company will correct a mistake properly without haggling or moaning and groaning.....now THAT is a company I want to do business with!

Nathan was very helpful with getting our roof done and meeting with our insurance agent. Very professional and listened to our needs. He made me feel comfortable with his knowledge base and responded in great time when we needed the crew to come back . Wonderful crew, wonderful company.

Very conscientious company. Very happy with roof. Had an issue with cleanup, but GM contacted me straight away and made sure everything was taken care of . I would definitely use them again.
