Update 2: Feazel had the Brook Park operations manager come out to look at my roof. He spent a ton of time evaluating the roof, taking pictures, and chatting with me about what he was seeing. He provided a ton of information and said he would follow up with a report and multiple options. Erich no longer works for the company and I was very pleased with their follow up. I would consider them if I need to move forward with a new roof or repairs. Update: After doing more research I decided that Feazel could be a good company to add a ridge vent to our house based on the punctuality and interaction I had with Erich. I reached back out to him inquiring into an actual quote for the ridge vent. He changed his tune and said he would only do a roof replacement (on a roof under five years old) and he was too busy. A good initial experience turned sour. He is only interested in working with us if we sign up for a $16k job when all I want is a ridge vent. I certainly would recommend against working with Feazel. I called Feazel because we had a dip in a part of our roof (they did not do the install). I also wanted to evaluate a ridge vent because we currently only have vent boxes in the roof. Erich came out within a day or two of me calling to diagnose and give his opinion. He was very punctual and evaluated what could be going on. He was upfront that it looks to be cosmetic and not a structural issue. He also said the cost of installing a right vent might not be worth it since they'd have to cover the box vents but ballparked the job around $2k. I decided to do more research on ridge vents.

Feazel has been simply amazing! After months of frustration with Allstate, our rep Matt from Feazel did an amazing job getting a full replacement approved! From there, we had a super smooth full tear off / roof replacement with our project manager Robert and his crew. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof!

The installation crew was great. We had a lot of fun watching them banter back and forth with one another. The panels look great. We are pleasantly surprised at the reduction of our reliance on the grid. On average we are saving 64 percent of what we would normally consume from the grid. It's great to have the app on our phone so we can instantly see the status of the generation. Our administrator contact was great. She called every two weeks to give us an update on the status of permitting, inspections and construction scheduling. She did a great job in keeping us informed.
