Matt Christian from Feazel did a great job documenting the hail damage that was done to my roof in a hail storm. Matt went over and above in providing one proof after another when the insurance company gave us a hard time. In the end the new roof was finally approved by the insurance company. Feazel did a great job on my house in Westlake and got the entire roof done in just one day with quite a large group of workers. They covered my house, my landscaping, my deck, my yard to protect it. Once done they cleaned everything up and removed any nails around my house and on the street. I did not find a single nail after they cleaned up. I was very pleased with the prompt and excellent service and would highly recommend Matt Christian and the Feazel team ! Karin

I called for a minor roof leak on a Saturday and mentioned that it was not necessary for a service call until Monday. I was surprised when Rich Hoffman showed up on Sunday to check the roof. We just had a complete roof replacement and gutter guards installed by Feazel. From start to finish, the process went extremely well, because everyone we dealt with was reliable, honest, kind, flexible, trustworthy, and most professional. We contacted Matt, Field Supervisor, who was highly recommended by a neighbor whose roof had just been replaced by Feazel. Matt clearly explained everything and was extremely responsive to our many questions. Our roof area is large, with several tall peaks. Like Matt had promised, the roofing crew covered and protected our landscaping and the deck. They finished the complete tear down and install in one day! Clean up was perfect, too! Robert oversaw the roofers and gutter guard installation. His crew did a fantastic job! Robert was the best! Our new roof and the gutter guards look great!
