They told me over the phone what it would cost to put in a new furnace. Asked me to send them some pictures and had a quote back in a very short time. They also got me on the schedule and they were putting in the new furnace two days later. they did a great job. they were very neat and clean throughout the whole installation. the price was slightly less than I thought it would be. We had a furnace failure and needed to maintain heat for a few days before the replacement could be scheduled.
