We've had a long and very positive relationship with another HVAC company, and so it was with some reluctance that we called Rhonda at The Heat Pump Store to get us a competitive bid on a minisplit for our new home. We figured our other guy would've been "competitive enough" that we'd end up giving him another installation. The price difference, however, was dramatic. A significant amount of the difference probably had to do with the fact The Heat Pump Store has their own electricians on staff, but we also suspect they do significantly more volume as well as they don't try to do other types of heating and cooling equipment. So based on price and all the other positive reviews we read about them, not to mention how customer service focused and responsive Rhonda was, we went with them. The installation went smoothly, the electricians and installers were friendly and competent, we passed inspection without a hitch, and the minisplit is working great!

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we got the right unit at the best price. The installers were professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

We received a set of quotes from the Heat Pump Store for a new Heat Pump system. Although we did not end up going with them, the quotes were strong and competitive. Along with performing a load calc, they offered us multiple good options to go with. I would not hesitate working with them in the future.
