It is important to note that the team was friendly and focused – very easy to work with. Within four days, I received an itemized Excel spreadsheet, photos, and replacement values for each item listed – all at a fair price. I recommend Caring Transitions without reservation. It’s comforting to know that, if the unthinkable were to happen, we have a complete inventory of our belongings and their replacement values prepared for submission with our insurance claim.

I've used Caring Transitions for professional reasons (estates) and decided to use them after my mother passed away. I work full-time and just couldn't spare the mental or physical bandwidth necessary to clean out all of her clutter. This service is not cheap, but I feel well worth the money. They had her belongs completely removed in under a week and organized the online auction for anything that wasn't garbage. It would have taken me at least a month, likely more, to just clean out the house and I would have had to have done that after working all day and coming in on the weekends as well. Totally worth it. The people I dealt with were all professional and very empathetic.

Paul and his team were so so flexible and easy to work with, and they did a wonderful job preparing my dad‘s Tampa Palms home for the real estate market. My dad was ready to downsize, and he needed only a fraction of the things he owned when moving to his new home. Paul helped to sort through and auction all of his items (and donate those that didn’t sell). He did a few of the necessary household repairs needed to prepare the home for sale, and he deep cleaned the home, getting it spic and span before showings.
