These folks are thorough! We were clearing out mom's house so she could move to independent living. That's not something you do often (or, in our case, ever) so you really want somebody who know the process inside-out. Caring Transitions answered the questions we didn't even know we were going to ask. Everything was done the way they said it would be done, and, more importantly, WHEN they said it would be done. The clear-out crew worked so fast and so efficiently I remember thinking, "I better not lay my keys down or they'll be gone!" It would have taken us weeks to accomplish what they did in a few hours.

Our family had to move my dad to assisted living on short notice, and Caring Transitions of Rochester exceeded every expectation. Neil was responsive and accommodating throughout the process. Kristen led the move with exceptional skill, and her team treated my dad with patience and respect during what can be a very emotional time for a senior. They managed the downsizing process thoughtfully and handled his belongings with care, from packing to setting up his new apartment. Their professionalism made a difficult transition much easier for all of us.
