I’m always giddy when the little red pin shows up over Orland Park on CTBids. That’s a sign that a conscientious group of people is going to take the time and energy to throughly access the needs of the family being helped. I’ve been the winning bidder at four auctions now and Brian and his family have taken the time to explain the mission of the company as well as remember me and ask about how things are going. They carefully wrap and secure the items that are won; I’ve been to other auctions where this is not the case, and this extra attention tells me that they appreciate my business and also shows that they respect and value the possessions of the families they are assisting. It’s the little things. Just want to write to let them know I see them and am thankful for their efforts. I recommend working with Orland Park CTBids and Brian. Definitely worth it on many levels!!

This team was organized, prepared and most of all kind and helpful. Handled my items like it belonged to them. Very gracious team. They responded to my emails during the final day of bidding. This was an exceptional experience with ctbids of Cumming & Suwanee, GA.
