My experience with Tim and his team has always been efficient and positive. There is great effort to take care of auction items and in-person sales fairly and easily. Liquidation events are operated well in that they respect the home or venue, but also the buyers, as items are priced fairly and the process is simple (cash or credit card). Hiring Caring Transitions of Beaverton was hands down the best decision we could have made to help my elderly parents sort through and sell unwanted/unneeded belongings, and clean out their home to sell. Fil and his team provided a detailed plan to meet our need to minimize costs and time while maximizing profits. They held a very well organized and successful online auction estate sale of curated items, while also clearing out the entire home, attic, garage, and yard to donate, recycle and dispose of unwanted items…all on schedule with the planned timeline. The team was very efficient, yet respectful, and left the house clean and in great shape. We were able to put it on the market very shortly after they were finished and it sold that same month!
