We had an outstanding experience with Caring Transitions during my mom's cross-country move. Since I live in Virginia, I worked closely with the team remotely throughout the entire process, and they made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier. They helped my mom thoughtfully decide what to keep and what to downsize, handled the packing, researched and negotiated with multiple moving companies, coordinated the movers, managed the auction process, and arranged for a deep clean of the house. Every step was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process, seamlessly coordinated everything on moving day, and sent photos after the deep clean. Most importantly, they treated my mom with genuine kindness, patience, and respect during what was a very emotional transition. I can't recommend Caring Transitions highly enough. Caring Transitions, was wonderful to work with!
