Sharon and her team are amazing! My hubby and I have bought a couple times from her online auctions plus we attended a in person sale. Sharon and her team are very organized and helpful when picking up items. Also they are very fair with pricing at in person sale unlike other estate companies who charge more than eBay prices. I love winning a bid with CTbids as I know exactly what to expect from Sharon and her team - Professional, kind, fair treatment!!

We couldn't have asked any more from our Caring Transitions team. When we needed to move our parents from Iowa to Ohio last summer and fall, Jon and his crew helped us every step of the way. When we put the house up for sale, they removed several pieces of furniture and a workshop/garage full of tools and cabinetry. After the sale of the house, they returned to pack up the moving vehicles and moved everything into the new house in Ohio. Sam, JB, Mike and Kyle put all the furniture in place and set it up just as it had been in the previous house. After we left the house in Iowa Jon returned to remove any other belongings that we wanted to sell or donate. We would not have been able to do all that we have mentioned by ourselves. I made the right choice hiring Dub and Gigi to handle my brother's estate liquidation. I knew nothing about the process prior to meeting them but they covered everything in detail including the advantages of an online vs in-home auction, answered all my questions and provided a written contract that clearly outlined the terms. I was kept up-to-date of all prep leading up to the online auction and provided itemized lists of items going in each auction phase. I was also provided an itemized inventory of each item sold with its corresponding price. The entire process was very transparent from start to finish and I recommend them to everyone wanting professional service liquidating an estate.

We've really enjoyed our experience with Caring Transistions. We love auctions but hate having to drive all over town, stand in line, waiting forever to bid on a particular item and getting dirty looks from other bidders when they don't like us bidding on 'their' item.
