They explained all of their capabilities clearly and answered all of our questions. Their packing of a huge number of things in my parents’ home was first-rate. The materials they used were high quality and the care that they took ensured that not a single item was damaged. They were very patient as the home selling process took longer than expected, and then jumped back in quickly to conduct the online auction when things accelerated toward the end. Sending the winning bidders’ treasures to them around the US, managing the many locals who showed up to claim what they’d won, and then arranging to have everything else donated so the house was ready for the buyer to move in, was invaluable as my parents and I live in Florida. They were so professional and kind throughout the process and kept us well-informed all along the way. What a pleasure it was to work with them, and comforting knowing that they were taking care of everything.
