My experience with Caring Transitions utilizing their online auction service to sell some of my collected treasures, (in my mind) proved very worthwhile. The entire process was very easy from the time after the large snowstorm I connected with their director, Kim, to drop off my valuables on very short notice to Kimberly, who was very helpful in unloading at their storage and shipping warehouse on Benefield Road, to them posting all my items with pictures the following week. As i watched the auction online, it was very intersting to watch the bidding process. My most valuable items did very well. The less valuable, not so well, but that wasn't really a surprise. Within a week of the auction closing, I received a statement detailing all the items selling prices and my net after Caring Transitions' commission. Their check for my portion arrived three days later. All in all, I had a very positive interaction with their staff, and I would higly recommend them.

Our experience with Caring Transitions was positive every step of the way. The whole process was explained in our first meeting so there were no surprises. I was so impressed with the efficient management of the whole process. Four of your people came to our house and took several pictures of the items to be auctioned, then similar items were put in lots, and each lot had a number. A master list of the location of each lot made it easy for buyers to be taken to the locations of their purchases. Buyers were given a time slot between 1 and 6pm to come and pick up their purchases so there were no crowds at any time. It was interesting to meet the people who bought our things! We were very pleased that most of our items were sold. Caring Transitions made it easy for us to have a very successful auction.

Mary and Mark at Caring Transitions were an absolute life saver for me! I had contacted several different companies to assist me with transitioning my loved one into memory care as well as liquidate her real estate and belongings, all the other companies required a long lead time, and only did some of the work I needed done, THEY DID IT ALL!!! They came to our home and went over all the tasks that needed to be done and managed everything themselves, they are in Nashville and I live in Southern California so this was not easy. They handled everything from beginning to end including the sale of the house, international shipping and a second and third relocation of my loved one. They are very easy to talk to and very understanding, always available and always willing to step up and help anywhere they could. I couldn't be more pleased with how my situation was handled and I am more than thrilled to recommend them to anyone that needs assistance, I truly could not have done this without them!

Great pictures and descriptions on online auction items. Easy to communicate with and super fast responses and shipping. Very happy with my purchase and interaction. Will definitely be watching for future auctions
