I love South Bay/Paltz Verdes CTBids. They’re the easiest and nicest people to deal with. I like that they don’t charge the highest percentage on the processing fee or whatever it’s called.

Caring Transitions made the management and distribution of estate assets painless, They provided personalized service in everything they did. Communications were timely and all tasks were completed on time. They provided additional support by checking and forwarding mail, providing property management, and deep cleaning services. I recommend Caring Transitions without hesitation. I would use them again if the need arose.

Tim's auctions are the best! He and his crew are the nicest, patient, and most helpful people! His pickers sales are very reasonable also. I always look forward to South Bay Caring Transitions auctions.
