We had a very good experience working with Chuck and Caring Transitions. Chuck was flexible with our timing and with the home furnishings, and he even added some items to help make the sale more attractive to buyers. I initially had mixed feelings about doing an online estate sale, but I came away believing it provides much wider exposure and helps bring more buyers to the sale. At the same time, it is important to have realistic expectations—estate sale buyers are looking for bargains, so I would not expect a windfall. In our case, the results seemed to reflect the reality of the market. The overall process was easy, the house was cleaned very well afterward, and the final closeout was straightforward. I would use Caring Transitions again and appreciated Chuck’s flexibility and help throughout the process.

Craig is very nice and respectful. I had bad experiences with another company on CT Bids being rude to me and my daughters so I didn't have high hopes when I realized I won a bid that I would not be able to make the drive to pick up that day. I emailed Craig that I paid for it already and please give it away or keep etc. because I did not want to make them mad and wanted to make sure I paid for it. Instead, he kindly offered to meet me in Orlando on day after with all my stuff nicely wrapped in bubble wrap in 2 big boxes ready for me-!!! He made me realized there are good companies out there still, helping people clear out their homes in times of need. Thank you for offering pickup and taking time out of your day to meet me. It meant a lot as I buy and sell as a side hustle to provide for me and my 3 kids and sometimes little things like this gives me hope. 😊

We just completed a BIG move from a 2,400 sq ft house (rural residential) with 2 levels on 3.25 acres to a 1,100 sq ft condo in town. The cleaning out and prepping was grueling, so we were already anxious about the final cleaning out. Caring Transitions to the rescue! From the first inquiry conversation with Fil, to the eventual cleaning out what we left behind--some of it difficult to part with--every step was professional, caring, and comforting. After 2 weeks, we are still hearing from Fil with updates on what will be sold. The money we spent was considered high by a friend, yet for us, very worthwhile for the service they provided. It was an investment, protecting our aching bodies and boggled minds. I can't imagine the added stress of going back to the big house and start donating and selling. UGH. CT did that for us.
