Losing your parents -- truly the only people you've known your entire life -- takes a toll on you, not only emotionally but also with clearing their living space. There are decades of memories hidden in the "stuff" that's tucked away in boxes, drawers, chests, closets, clothing and everything else. Sorting through to find the things you will keep is overwhelming. Andrew and his team at Caring Transitions of Chapel Hill were like angels sent to lend a helping hand. They found treasures we had missed in our sorting and set them aside for us, then handled the estate sale and clearing of the house. They were professional, kind and most efficient. They will ease the transition in ways you can't imagine! And it was all so, so affordable.

This organization saved me a lot of time, heartache and worry in getting my mother moved quickly to assisted living. They know exactly what needs to be done, when to do it and how. Within a day they had my mom moved, set up in her new place and cleaned out the old place. As for the more valued items, they had the experience in auctions with a large pool of buyers to target. I highly recommend their services as I will be using them again, too!
