Recently purchased a large china cabinet from Phil and his team over at caring transitions of Elgin, through an estate auction. He was extremely easy to get in contact with before and after the auction, and as a first time bidder on that site I was a bit nervous about the process on the whole. Not only did he quickly answer questions, he was even quicker at helping coordinate a delivery of the item itself. I honestly cannot believe how easy and care free this experience has been. Phil’s passion for customer service is next to none. If you find yourself bidding on an item from his team, know you are in the best of hands.

We LOVE CT BIDS!! We have been bidding on CT for years now. You get good quality items at an affordable price. The online pictures give you thumbnails, measurements and more to make your decision on bidding. It's so fun to bid and when you win it's awesome. The bidding online site is user friendly. When you go to pick up your wins, Todd, Tiffany and Trish are just the nicest, down to earth people the new owners of CT Bids Charleston.
