The two amazing women who own this branch (Kat and Elizan) have set the standard as to what I now hope for when dealing with any company or service, especially in regards to taking care of my relative with Alzheimer's. There has been no other vendor, institution, or organization that has matched their level of performance, communication, ethics, or genuine kindness. They literally saved the day as I was at wit's end trying to manage all the various responsibilities with selling my relative's Condo: packing, moving, shredding, estate sale, storage, and more. Many places promise that they provide 'one-stop service' and fall far short. Kat and Elizan actually went above and beyond my expectations. Their labor team members are fantastic guys who are also fun to be around. It was a pleasure to have all of them in the home. Overall opinion of this company: good folks, great service, ridiculously efficient, super organized, honest policies, fair pricing.

I have an estate which needed the furnishings to be sold and other items cleared out via disposal or donation before moving forward to sell the home. They came in sorted everything, took pictures and posted the goods which they thought could be sold. They handled the dumpster, auction, collection and pickup. They also had a group of misc items not on the auction but for sale as people picked up. Yes they do charge a fee plus % of sales. The sale had a gain above all the fees and it was well worth it. Check came promptly. I didn't have to lift a finger and they did it with little intervention. You are not going to get rich but what is your time worth. I had already been on the project for 2 years. Only 1 item not done- vacuuming. But that was minor and I did it quickly. Hats off to these people. Don't waste time hire them.

Sharon and her team were called in to clear a relative's home following the owner's passing. They did a great job sorting everything in the home complete with hauling away unwanted items, shipping to us things we wanted to keep, and setting up an online sale for items of worth. Since we live out of state, we greatly appreciated Sharon's frequent communication during every step of the process as well as the professionalism, knowledge, and work put in by her team.
