They are a no hassle, no pressure, upfront shoot from the hip business. The entire process is explained step by step and in great detail with no surprises. My wife and I were very comfortable in discussing issues and we were from their interaction with that our best interests were their concern. They were open and accepting to all of our questions even when we asked for clarification on the process multiple times.
