I am writing about my interactions with Ms. Laura Bruce when she organized my sale with Caring Transitions. Ms. Bruce is a human dynamo. She is organized. The work she did for us went exactly as she promised - timely, professional, courteous. She is a great project manager. Her staff know how to do their respective jobs, efficiently, with kindness and good humor. In a situation where attachments to objects acquired over a lifetime, there can be misunderstandings. Ours occurred over a set of side chairs. Ms. Bruce simply retrieved our chairs, no blame, no shame. We are grateful for her attention to our sale, our belongings, and our feelings. From the first meeting, you could sense the high degree of professionalism, compassion, and caring attitude from Jessica and her team. Operating under a tight deadline, the task that felt overwhelming to us was done by Caring Transitions staff in a timely manner and our deadline was met. All of the staff were thoughtful, considerate, and kind to Jodi and me. We highly recommend this company for downsizing, relocation due to downsizing, and also for their attention to detail. Very well set up. Prices to move & get the best for the homeowner!

We used Caring Transitions clean-out and auction services. Susie was wonderful to work with from stat to finish. Her team worked hard to insure the photos were of great quality and the Auction returns were much greater than we had anticipated. Living 600 miles away, Caring transitions relieved much of the stress associated with transitioning our loved one to an assisted living .
