Eddie from Caring Transitions was recommended to me by my realtor. As executor for an elderly woman in Westport, I had been struggling working at her home for four months and really overwhelmed. When I first made contact with Eddie he met me at the home the next day. From our first interaction he was totally professional, understanding, empathetic and focused on what my aims were. He took over inventorying everything in the house. He set up an online sale which also included the car. When the sale was complete, the house was ready for sale. From the time we started working on this project he was a phone call away. He either answered or called me back in a few minutes. It has been a pleasure! The lady, Roseanne, in charge of this CT of Hilton Head, SC, went out of her way to help me with a bid that I won. I’ve become ill, and wasn’t sure that I could afford the hospital fees and the shipping of the very lovely, heavy items. She personally weighed the pieces and I didn’t have to forfeit the goods that I both needed and wanted, I could afford the shipping. It’s rare to find someone who cares enough to make a decision to help. I will always bid in her auctions. You can’t buy that kind of ethics!
