Deena and her team are fantastic and highly recommended! They cleared out my mother's home after she downsized to an apartment. They were very flexible in their approach when we asked for help in two stages — first assisting with the preparation of the home for listing with a partial cleanout and then second with the final cleanout before closing -- both with tight timelines. We wanted to find new homes for as much of the house's contents as possible to minimize using landfills, and Deena's group brought items to multiple nonprofits and also helped load items that we donated. As part of the second phase, Deena managed an estate sale and an online auction where everything was sold. Deena coordinated closely with us to meet tight timelines and ensure that our wishes were met throughout the process.

The entire process of registering, bidding and picking up the items is not only easy but fun. The service is very great. I really enjoy seeing Kate, Ezra and Kay when I go for the pickups. I am hooked. I love CT Bids of Apex and Cary.
