These folks are thorough! We were clearing out mom's house so she could move to independent living. That's not something you do often (or, in our case, ever) so you really want somebody who know the process inside-out. Caring Transitions answered the questions we didn't even know we were going to ask. Everything was done the way they said it would be done, and, more importantly, WHEN they said it would be done. The clear-out crew worked so fast and so efficiently I remember thinking, "I better not lay my keys down or they'll be gone!" It would have taken us weeks to accomplish what they did in a few hours.

We used Caring Transitions today to move an elderly friend with dementia from his Assisted Living apartment to a memory care room at another senior living facility. Gina was very helpful and sent Donna to assist us with this task. Donna was awesome! She was efficient, thorough and genuinely pleasant. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations.
