I don’t even know where to begin with this review. Our family had to act quickly to move our dad (who has Alzheimer’s and dementia) to another facility. From the first conversation I had with the owner, Michelle, and working with our project manager, Laura, I truly felt like we were in the hands of the best professionals. This whole process has been so stressful for my mom, and my sister, and I just really wanted to make things as easy as possible, and Caring Transitions of Palm Coast definitely did that. From soup to nuts. Laura was in touch with us through the whole process, dad‘s belongings were handled with the utmost of care and respect, and they really did a great job of staging his new room to look as warm and comforting and inviting as possible. They are so reasonably priced for the services they offer, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody who needs to move their loved one. Thank you, ladies, for making one huge aspect of what was an (overall) incredibly intense and stressful situation, not quite so scary and overwhelming. You are both appreciated more than you know. Kerry and her team were amazing! We did an online auction for my uncle's estate and the process could not have been more smooth. These ladies were professional, friendly, and very efficient. We were amazed at how quickly they went through everything in the house. They even donated items that weren't worth putting in the auction to various organizations. Highly recommend.

Andy and the team at Caring Transitions were very professional and easy to work with, but also very compassionate towards our family while we were preparing to put our childhood home on the market to sell. It was a relief to be able to do focus on more important things than clearing out the house and distributing items to deserving organizations within our community. It was a win-win. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Joseph and Jillian were incredible helping us downsize, toss, donate, pack up from our dream home and property and move to our new locale near some of our family. It was painful but much less so with their and their team's help. They worked at a pace we could tolerate and moved all we planned to bring with no items broken/lost or damaged. It was truly amazing and they even moved our 40+ year old jade tree with no damage to it! It was in early January with a snow storm predicted the next day. We made it, climbed into a freshly made bed that night and were able to make breakfast in our new kitchen the next morning. What a team. Highly recommend this business for your move.
