We had the pleasure of meeting Rachel and Brent when we were running late to pick up our auction items. They were gracious waiting for us to get there and communicated with us the whole time, reassuring us that we were ok and to not stress.

The team is wonderful! Rachel, Brent, and Margaret went out of their way to help my family retrieve items after the pickup hours and even find some movers for a few large items we couldn't get that day. Forever grateful for for their generosity and we'll continue to keep our eyes out for more auctions and opportunities to connect with these folks.
