Sue Henderson and her team at Caring Transitions were invaluable in helping me clear out my parents' home after they both passed away this year. The house contained over 40 years of accumulated belongings, truly a time capsule, and I was overwhelmed at the prospect of managing it all. Sue and her team were incredibly diligent in cataloging everything and organizing both an estate sale and auction. What amazed me most was her business model: rather than simply charging me thousands of dollars to haul everything away, Sue identified items of value and successfully sold them. Her commission-based approach meant that the proceeds from selling my parents' belongings essentially covered the entire cost of clearing the house. I had expected to pay a substantial amount for this service, but the net result was remarkably affordable, actually in my case cost-neutral, wow! Sue's professionalism shone throughout the entire process. What made this even more impressive was that I managed everything remotely from across the country due to a medical situation. I never even met Sue in person. Her ability to handle every detail remotely, keep me informed, and execute flawlessly despite the distance demonstrates exceptional communication skills and trustworthiness. If you're facing the daunting task of estate clearance, especially from a distance, I cannot recommend Sue and Caring Transitions highly enough. She turned what could have been an overwhelming and expensive experience into a manageable and surprisingly cost-effective outcome during a difficult time.

Kendall from Caring Transitions is the most caring, helpful and an absolute dream to work with. My move involved careful packing and loading, donating things not needed, and arranging the long distance move to Ohio including my car. Unfortunately sometimes things happen during a move, however, whatever went wrong, Kendall was quick to correct whatever needed correcting. She is a first class business person and individual.
