Since hurricane Helene I have been shopping to replace some of the things we lost. I have bought items from several CTBids locations. So far I have been please with everything I’ve bought. The staff at all the sites I’ve been to are very nice and extremely organized. I would recommend CTBids to everyone but I don’t want to be bidding against them!

I can not say enough about this company. Our realtor, Michelle Kemerer suggested them and they were an absolute blessing. I had to move a family member out of their home on short notice and was facing 40 years of accumulated furniture, prized mementos and actual junk. John Moreira came to the home sat down and let me know exactly what to expect. He was able to auction off many of the items to off set the costs of emptying the home. His workers were professional and kind and made what was a stressful experience into a seamless process. Even after we thought we were finished and discovered an attic full of junk they pivoted with a smile and took care of everything. I highly recommend Caring transitions of Rockville!

From start to finish, our experience was truly outstanding - so much so that we'd give a higher score if it were possible above 10! The process of getting an estimate was straightforward. They did quite a bit of packing the day before the move. On moving day, they arrived promptly with a full team, ready to work. Their friendliness, helpfulness, efficiency, thoughtfulness, and caring nature made all the difference. Not only did they carefully move everything for our mother into her new home, but they also took the time to put everything away, exceeding all expectations. In addition, they will donate and/or sell the items our mother did not want to keep. We've never encountered such exceptional service before. We wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone in need of reliable, caring movers.
