These folks are thorough! We were clearing out mom's house so she could move to independent living. That's not something you do often (or, in our case, ever) so you really want somebody who know the process inside-out. Caring Transitions answered the questions we didn't even know we were going to ask. Everything was done the way they said it would be done, and, more importantly, WHEN they said it would be done. The clear-out crew worked so fast and so efficiently I remember thinking, "I better not lay my keys down or they'll be gone!" It would have taken us weeks to accomplish what they did in a few hours.

Our experience with Caring Transitions was wonderful. My parents moved from their home to Carillon, and Caring Transitions made that move much easier. We met with Steve, who explained in detail how the move would go and what items would likely fit and which would not. He is very knowledgeable about Carillon and the floor plans there, which helped us make those decisions. The day before our move, the team that packed us up did a fantastic job. They were caring and friendly. After the move (also flawless), they unpacked everything and took all the moving materials with them. I honestly felt like they were family by the end of the move. I highly recommend Caring Transitions for anyone needing a competent, caring, friendly and trustworthy team to handle a move for yourself or a family member. They were absolutely amazing!
