Excellent service from this location in handling a CTBids auction. They were quick and responsive to all of my shipping requests, even allowing for solutions outside their normal process that saved me money. Definitely one of the best locations to work with if you plan on purchasing their auction items. Thanks to all of you at Caring Transitions of Chapel Hill for an easy and seamless purchase.

I lost my uncle two years ago. He was 87 years old and he lost his wife three years earlier. They had no children and he left me as the Executor of his estate. He was a collector!! My brother and I spent a year cleaning out his house of 60 years respecting his wishes that "everything doesn't go in a dumpster"! We cleaned, recycled, donated etc.. As we reached the last two miles of a marathon we reached out to Caring Transitions. Deena Cherenza and her team were amazing!! Deena was so kind and caring!! She understood and respected how we were trying to adhere to my uncles wishes. She and her team organized and cleared big furniture items and brought them to donation sights. Our biggest challenges were cleaning out his full basement and overgrown and cluttered backyard. She had a sale to clear out the basement items and arranged for a landscaping company to handle the backyard. Deena also arranged for a productive online auction for different items in the house. She was very easy to communicate with and adhered to timelines that I wanted to complete the project. I would highly recommend Deena Cherenza and her Caring Transitions Team!!! Kate McNeil
