John and his team were incredible!!! The compassion, thoughtful and respectful care that he and his team provided over the long and complex process of getting my parents’ home ready for sale and then ultimately moving my parents was extraordinary. John was always available and understanding of the many challenges my parents faced due to a number of recent health issues and always showed empathy and compassion. John’s team members are experienced elder care professionals and what they do can only be described as a compassionate calling to help other families navigate these important transitional steps. We will be using John with another family member’s move and know that we are in the best of hands!
