The Reuben was absolutely delicious, hot, cheesy, and packed with juicy, flavorful corned beef. The combination of melted Swiss and Monterey Jack gave it an extra rich, gooey cheese pull, while the pumpernickel brought a deep, slightly earthy flavor and held up beautifully to all the fillings. Tangy sauerkraut and creamy dressing tied everything together perfectly. It was messy, hearty, and completely worth the extra napkins, exactly what a Reuben should be.
