I recently had an experience at Green Mill Shoreview that truly stood out for all the right reasons. I accidentally placed the wrong order online—totally my mistake—and when I realized my mistake, I called to correct the order. I felt a bit embarrassed approaching the staff, but from the very first moment, they were incredibly kind, considerate, and wonderful about the whole thing. He listened patiently, apologized even though it wasn't their error, and immediately set about fixing it with a smile. He said they would correct my order which was then, brought it out piping hot. No eye-rolling, no hassle—just genuine hospitality and a real desire to turn a small mix-up into a positive experience. The food itself was delicious as always (that award-winning pizza never disappoints!), but what made this visit memorable was the human touch. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or indifferent, the team at Green Mill Shoreview went above and beyond to make me feel valued and cared for. If you're looking for great pizza, pasta, wings, or just a welcoming spot to eat, this location is a gem. Thank you to the amazing staff for your patience, professionalism, and pure kindness—you turned a potential frustration into one of my favorite dining memories. I'll definitely be back, and I'll be recommending you to everyone! Highly recommend – 10/10 for service and heart.
