Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. My company gets a lot of power equipment from this location, and they always make sure things are correctly assembled and test it for me first.

What a fun place! There are so many great things for plant lovers here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Heidi helped me when I stopped in. She had so much knowledge about plants . This is a great spot for finding treasures for your garden. I would recommend stopping in to get some green inspiration.

Very reasonably priced for rental equipment. This place is an Ace Hardware, but not your average. It’s a large box store where you can rent both vehicles and lawn equipment. It’s kind of far from where I live, but the pricing was a lot better than other rental agencies.

Lots of sprinkler irrigation options.

Absolutely FANTASTIC service! Wonderful selection. I looked at ALL the big stores for a natural gas grill, but none of them carried NG, only propane. I called The Big Tool Box and Bingo! They had them! But even more importantly, THEY HAVE KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF who can and will actually respond to queries, show available options, take the time to check stock, and generally help customers in a friendly, competent and professional manner! Such a person is Terry! He was so very helpful and went out of his way during the purchase of my grill and cover. Thank you, Terry! Additionally, The Big Tool Box assembled the grill and delivered it FREE! Canyon, another helpful and professional employee, called the next day to say it was being assembled and would be delivered soon. He called again just prior to delivery to let me know it was on the way. The delivery gentlemen were equally as competent, professional and efficient as Terry & Canyon. One’s name I believe was Theron but I didn’t get the name of the 2nd gentleman. They were both extremely helpful and Theron explained the process a plumber would go through to hook up the NG. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful service! You’re my new favorite store!

This is hands down the best hardware store I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly, always willing to help, and are very knowledgeable. They also always have enough staff on hand. The Ace Rewards is nice as well.

THE PLACE TO GO! So many times at hardware stores of big box home improvement centers, the staff doesn't know the product or how to answer my somewhat limited knowledge questions. I've never encountered that at Big Box. Plus their inventory is phenomenal! With sprinkler systems parts changing frequently,, they are likely to have the parts to keep your old system going, Mine is old and the shut off valve is 6 feet underground. The former home owner didn't leave the shut off handle and the Big Box even had it in stock. This was really surprising as I had called a couple of sprinkler repair companies and they had no clue where I might find the shut off handle.

Being a retail manager for over 30 years, I would recommend I'd you have a project, they have the answers. Dave is amazing
