Always a thorough job!

My wife and I are very pleased with our new AC system. This is the second time we have used ATS and they were are first choice for a new AC System but we did our due diligence and got 4 Quotes. ATS provided the best system for our needs at the best price, best warranty, financing, and high quality, one day installation.

A little disappointed that the cost of a service was over a hundred dollars more than a similar service on a seperate unit done in May. (My bad, should never have assumed the cost would be the same or less this time). Lesson learned. I'll be getting competitive pricing next time.

We found our new HVAC people! Wow, they took their time assessing the issues with our new unit (which was extensive). They actually sat us down to coach us on the best next steps with our builders that did the poor install and are responsible to fix it under warranty. They also took time to record the walkthrough of all issues that needed to be addressed. Without a doubt we will be using these folks when it comes time. I have also subscribed to their maintenance program. Thank you team!

I had ATS come out to replace a compressor fan motor that was overheating. Jordan had to work much harder than anticipated to get the fan off the old motor shaft, as corrosion was preventing easy removal. He could have cut it off and installed a new fan at considerable extra cost, but he persevered and took it back to the shop where with the help of another technician he freed it of of the shaft. I so appreciate this extra money-saving effort.
