ATS fixed two compressors during COVID. The compressors were under warranty, and they found them in a timely manner. It is now 2 years later, and the technician discovered a freon leak from a defective joint they made with the original work. The technician owned up to a bad joint on their part; however, it was out-of-warranty. He only charged me labor, but replaced all of the freon (expensive), and saved me $ to get the AC working again! I recommend John at ATS for honesty, integrity, and quality work.

7.28.22 Our AC unit went out a few weeks ago and we looked for someone to come out right away due to the Texas weather being in the triple digits. They came out within a few hours and fixed our unit. We just needed freon. The gentlemen did try (hard) to sell us on a new unit so I left my husband to deal with that. Overall, the house cooled off quickly and I appreciate that. The service was done.

Thank you, thank you, thank you ATS MECHANICAL! My AC stopped working in the middle of the night after a power surge. I could not get it to work after performing some basic reset steps so I sent them an email and text that same night. I was notified early the next morning that a tech was scheduled to arrive mid morning. Jordan arrived at said time and got the system back up in running in less than an hour. THANK YOU JORDAN!
