Tech arrived right in the middle of the arrival window, quickly checked exterior unit, checked attic unit, diagnosed clogged drain line, purged it with air, but then discovered some idiot had replumbed drain through a OPEN 2" pipe and ptrap into the bathroom vent lines. They don't do plumbing re-work, but AC was able to come back on. Will definitely use them again.

Heater went out during the holidays and other companies told me that I’d have to wait to get it fixed until the new year. ATS sent a guy in a couple hours. They unfortunately replaced the the transformer with one that was not approved by the manufacturer and then that went out and caused further problems.

Ryan, we serviced your system December 27, 2022. You felt the need to review almost two years later. The technician completed your call at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The notes state after replacing the transformer the heat came on as it should. The technician waited 30 minutes on site after the heat ran to make sure all was good. If the technician had put the wrong transformer on it would not have started and run. When the technician left your home, everything was fine. To say it caused further problems. Transformers do not cause further problems. Other problems cause transformers to go out. They either have power or not. It sounds like something took the transformer out again where a different transformer was installed by another company. May I ask what did they say took out the transformer a second time? Thats the problem not the transformer.
