Jordan has now been to my new home twice...he always arrives early, is knowledgeable, informative, and does a GREAT job! Very helpful - I have 2 units and wasn't sure which thermostat worked for which unit, because half house was hot. He showed me why and adjusted the temp on the one unit and showed me how to use that thermostat (Ecobee) that I was unfamiliar with. I will always ask for Jordan - he is an asset to this company!
