I've never had a bad experience with ATS, I replaced my old units with new ones from them and couldn't ask for anything better than with Tom doing the maintenance over the last few years. He is fantastic and knows what he's doing!

I was told I needed to replaced the mother board in my ac unit and that the unit was not under warranty. He called Lennox in front of me. The unit is 9 years old. I was quoted $7,060 to replace the mother board. He wanted me to replace the unit at a cost of 15 to $20,000. Another contractor told me that the unit is still under warranty (I called Lennox, and they verified it.) He quoted me 1,700, which is still too much. I have been told that I should only pay about 200 to $300 since the part should be free. I'm not happy, and I'm getting more estimates.
