I had previously gotten a quote from another HVAC company ($4,000) and their diagnosis of what the problem was. I called ATS, described the issue and they priced it differently, but they would want to evaluate the issue and provide their own diagnosis. Cameron came to assess the problem with our upstairs HVAC system. Ran the tests and came up with a different diagnosis and fixed the unit in under an hour. Total cost, $618, which included their annual maintenance program (2 checks a year $99). Highly recommend this effectively honest and upfront company in a world of sharks. A helpful note, if you have some one come and evaluate your system for a repair, ask them if they're going to be the one doing the repair. If they are you're usually good to go. If they will not be doing the repair, you're talking to a salesman, thank them for their time and call ATS.

The staff, technician, and installation crew are very professional. My air conditioning issue was unique , but handled with respect. The price point is very reasonable the service exceeds the cost, Excellent. I will trust this company for all future services they can provide.
