I was quoted $7,060 to replace the mother board on my Lenox AC unit. He wanted me to replace the unit at a cost of 15 to $20,000. The quote was 3 to 4 higher than anybody else. There were some issues regarding the warranty on the unit. The owner, Barry, communicated with me and cleared up the misunderstanding. I did not use them because of the high price. I can't attest as to their work. I paid $99 to join their club, and they did not charge me for the estimate/quote.

ATS did a whole unit install for my garage apartment, plus some modifications to my existing system in my main house. The pricing one all the work that was done was in line or just below quotes I had from other companies, and the work right away seems to be done right (I'll update here in a few months if that changes). The gentleman that came out and did the estimate was knowledgeable, walked me through every detail of the work that they were proposing, and even spotted a plumbing issue I didn't know I had on my hands. He even walked me through all the work after it was completed so that I could verify that everything on the invoice was done and to my satisfaction. I already recommended them to my neighbor, and they reported great results with them. Hopefully this level of quality and attention to detail is maintained, as I think I will be using them for any HVAC work going forward. Thanks y'all!
