ATS tech was professional and met all my expectations. I had some extra work done that was obviously needed. There was no attempt to "sell" me something I didn't need.

Outstanding, professional organization. Owner personally evaluated heating/cooling loads for a replacement mini-split. A more applicable sized system recommended versus existing system, job cost estimate was very competitive versus other quotes. Install crew showed up right on time, very professional, job done right, great cleanup. Will no doubt use them again (and again)

Beware using this company for any A/C work. I am in the market for a mini split system and possibly upgrading my entire system. I spoke with Barry G. I believe and he agreed to be at my house at 8am on Saturday, fist if all, the technician was over an hour late, was never informed he was running late, the tech had no clue what I needed. The tech said he couldn't find my house. The GPS supposedly took him to a different location. I've never had a problem anyone else finding my house. I wouldn't use this company for any service.

David, why couldn't you give us your real number up front. You filled out your personal information on a Mitsubishi form so we could contact you. You stated the best way to contact you was by email. (I have a copy) Directory assistance is the number you entered over your real number. Liliana and David tried through the directory assistance 555-1212 you entered going through all the prompts. My office called and called before driving out to your home. I asked Liliana to show me the phone number you entered. As soon as I saw it I new it was directory assistance. We do not drive out to a location unless it is confirmed someone is home in case things change on your end. On the same note, I as an owner can and will designate an expert from my company to represent me if something changes.
