There was a feature of carwash not functioning

We were so excited for this place to open. thought it was really great and thorough (albeit expensive) car wash—until we got home and realized that it had scratched up the paint on our brand new vehicle. these deep paint scratches were not here before going through this car wash and were obviously caused by a spinning mechanism—there are six on each side. i don’t recommend anyone go to this location unless you want damage done to your vehicle. super frustrated and upset.

The gentleman that helped me with my membership was great this morning! i can’t remember his name but he was very nice :)

This car wash scratched the paint on my car. it is not just a surface scratch that can be buffed out but a deep gouge that goes through the clear coat and paint. super super frustrating because i liked this car wash otherwise.
