Absolutely hate that you can’t get a human when calling a local business. i do not want to talk to your ai bot. please fix!

also, left messages for the staff and have not received a callback. frustrating experience with what is supposed to be a local, family owned business.

I have 10 trucks in my fleet that i buy car wash passes for. i've taken them through this wash at least a hundred times. all are outfitted the same way with an in bed fuel tank. today i show up and they tell me they no longer allow trucks with in bed fuel tanks to go through unless i disconnect the hose.. doing that would send water into my diesel tank. not sure how that makes sense. lucky for me there's several other auto washes that i can move my business to.

Something wasn't working but staff failed to tell cars until they were already in line- made getting out super tough!
