I've had disappointing experiences with jason, the general manager at canon xpress car wash. he doesn't seem to provide much oversight at either location, and my interactions with him have been unpleasant. i found him to be abrasive and not entirely honest!

The rollers went up under my tires 3 times almost causing a collision with the person behind me. no, i didn't use my brakes. it's possible my safety system reacted,, but nothing alarmed me in my vehicle. this was my 2nd time through and the first time there was no problem. this leads me to believe it's a mechanical problem in their equipment. i have a brand new vehicle with less than 1600 miles on it.

i'll never be lazy again and just hand wash my vehicle.

don't use this place... go to one that doesn't use rollers and uses a conveyor belt. or hand wash.
