We were so excited for this place to open. thought it was really great and thorough (albeit expensive) car wash—until we got home and realized that it had scratched up the paint on our brand new vehicle. these deep paint scratches were not here before going through this car wash and were obviously caused by a spinning mechanism—there are six on each side. i don’t recommend anyone go to this location unless you want damage done to your vehicle. super frustrated and upset.

The windsor location seems to be going down hill. one of the brushes in the passenger side has been broken for months. it was tied up for a while and now they just took it out. there is now a rocker panel brush on the driver’s side that doesn’t spin. i noticed my vehicles don’t seem to be as clean with these brushes down.

The place scratched my car and made excuses that doesn't happen. not to mention the manager told me to shut up when i complained. i didn't yell or cuss!! the general manager made excuses and i told him you are not going to do anything are you his reply was to tell me to stop mocking him. so to bad if i wasn't going to listen. will never go there again. it is possible because i know the company who makes their rollers. nothing is perfect!! it's to bad customers are always wrong!!

Just opened in timnath! really awesome car wash, received the deluxe wash and it got my car super clean. vacuums are !wow! strong, there are at least 20 bays. friendly staff and a lovely building exterior (looks to nice to be a car wash so don't let it fool ya!) easy entrance off harmony or thru the round- about at the light. they are offering some fantastic grand opening specials so go by today and check them out! highly recommend!

I absolutely love this car wash and am thrilled at their level of service from start to end. the pre-wash with high pressure cleaner is a big deal for me, it helps remove all the dirt that normally scratches your car at typical car washes. vacuum cleaners are included and microfiber cleaning cloths with liquid cleaning agent are also included free of charge. doormats are also washed separately. the service blew me away, they took care of my vehicle like it was their own. i was very impressed and will be coming back regular.

Just came today, it was a good service but i wouldn’t say anything about it was beyond other car washes in the area. the biggest pro is convenience, i live in the area, but it is quite a bit more expensive. if the prices were more inline with competitors or even slightly above i’d probably start coming here instead.

This is the best automated car wash i've ever seen. i am impressed that they spray all the cars down before entering, which alleviates a lot of the heavy dirt and grime on vehicles and prevents it from sticking to the washing equipment.

i've noticed some of the machines have been down various times that i've gone through, but most of the time all their equipment is in good working order.

they have complimentary drying towels and vinyl cleaner and glass cleaner for their customers to use. the vacuums have multiple attachments and the suction seems to be pretty good.

prices are pretty fair and they have monthly and multiple car discounts.

Definitely not a reliable company. fucked my car up and won't pay for the damages even though they're on video.
hope you close down for good.

Quick and easy. free use of vacuums after you go through the car wash. plenty of vacuum stalls. regular wash is only ten bucks!

I just love this carwash! they make it so easy to keep my car clean. i love that they have cleaning supplies and towels next to the vacuums. glad you are there!!
