Signed up for unlimited and have been multiple times. the wash is great but each time, the microfiber towel supply has been empty or all used. fix this ongoing issue and then i’d happily give a 5 star review!

Update:
their customer service announcement on their website is untrue. they have had two weeks to get back to me and not a peep. i’m not the only person with an issue they are ignoring that is on them. i was told i’d get a callback by the attendant. since then have found my fog light cover hanging off one side and the other is missing. a month ago they were both there. i don’t recommend you bring any vehicle you care about through this wash. it’s not just about the systems and service, it’s about the complete lack of accountability at this location. owner very obviously wants a set it and forget it business. they can’t even train someone else to handle deep scratch complains, crashes, damage etc. check the reviews. all it would have taken was a quick phone call from a manager or owner to smooth this over. i guess they could care less about a bad reputation with a portion of the population. word of mouth is everything to a good business. especially in the beginning right after opening. quite a shame. with a decent owner this place could rock. zero accountability trashes any business. great vacuums, nice guys working there, but top down owner who doesn’t care can ruin the best model, location, equipment, and brand. i hope yall get it together and make right with the folks you’re ignoring by humbling yourselves enough to make a couple uncomfortable phone calls.

not sure what to think yet. signed up for two memberships here and second wash of my truck the trim got real messed up and the employee working whom i talked to is definitely not trained in accountability or customer service/complaints. “this has never happened before and you’ll have to talk to the owner on monday” monday came and no call back. it’s been several business days at this point. seems they don’t want two (or more) memberships from us. a bummer as they are the closest to our home and would be a great option if they cared about their customers. i don’t support businesses who choose not to follow up with issues regarding service. this red color on the trim (see photos) happened in the wash. while having high powered wash may be a good thing for certain aspects it’s definitely good i didn’t bring any of my new vehicles through yet. the trim on the truck wasn’t red before i drove through. all i asked for was what chemicals they are using so i could know if i had some options to treat the trim/fix it. well it’s the following week and all of these trim pieces have been stripped/pulled all the way off the vehicle and rubber wheeled off the 3m tape. wouldn’t have taken the trim off if this hadn’t happened and they don’t seem to care. seems i need to cancel. hopefully this review is enough to get someone’s attention to apologize and atleast try to make it right. photo 1 with the red is after the second wash. photo 2 is the same spot after the first wash.

Wow, this place has so many conveniences and is probably the best car wash in fort collins/timnath. they have
a thorough cleaning chamber with pre-spray
strong vacuums with long, narrow tubes to get into the tight spots
glass cleaner with microfiber cloths
air dusters
convenience of being right off harmony
large parking spots
good monthly rate. if you can't afford to clean your car, worry about other monetary priorities in your life first.

The windsor location seems to be going down hill. one of the brushes in the passenger side has been broken for months. it was tied up for a while and now they just took it out. there is now a rocker panel brush on the driver’s side that doesn’t spin. i noticed my vehicles don’t seem to be as clean with these brushes down.

The place scratched my car and made excuses that doesn't happen. not to mention the manager told me to shut up when i complained. i didn't yell or cuss!! the general manager made excuses and i told him you are not going to do anything are you his reply was to tell me to stop mocking him. so to bad if i wasn't going to listen. will never go there again. it is possible because i know the company who makes their rollers. nothing is perfect!! it's to bad customers are always wrong!!

Just came today, it was a good service but i wouldn’t say anything about it was beyond other car washes in the area. the biggest pro is convenience, i live in the area, but it is quite a bit more expensive. if the prices were more inline with competitors or even slightly above i’d probably start coming here instead.

I absolutely love this car wash and am thrilled at their level of service from start to end. the pre-wash with high pressure cleaner is a big deal for me, it helps remove all the dirt that normally scratches your car at typical car washes. vacuum cleaners are included and microfiber cleaning cloths with liquid cleaning agent are also included free of charge. doormats are also washed separately. the service blew me away, they took care of my vehicle like it was their own. i was very impressed and will be coming back regular.

Just opened in timnath! really awesome car wash, received the deluxe wash and it got my car super clean. vacuums are !wow! strong, there are at least 20 bays. friendly staff and a lovely building exterior (looks to nice to be a car wash so don't let it fool ya!) easy entrance off harmony or thru the round- about at the light. they are offering some fantastic grand opening specials so go by today and check them out! highly recommend!
