has been such a delight, knowing that they will accomplish the task of cleaning these apartments and leave them immaculate without me having to go back in second guess or double check their work is such a load off my back and their ability to help us out and tough times with short notice has to be mentioned because they’ve done that in so many occasions that sometimes it seems like the norm
so as the maintenance technician i can’t praise these guys enough they’ve done great work and thank you so much for being such a professional company

Eta: the ending to this story is sadly even worse than the beginning. after showing up 3 hours late (1.25 hours outside the delivery window) the technician was doused in cologne even though i'd specifically let them know i have asthma and am sensitive to smells and they'd let me know they'd find someone who would not wear cologne. i tried to handle this discreetly by calling his boss and asking them to take some money off my bill due to a) the extreme lateness/lack of communication and b) this health-related concern. he made fun of me and said there are no discounts unless i get a deeper cleaning (which would have cost twice as much, and involved fragrant soap, so was not an option). i decided not to go through with the cleaning. i also had to explain to the technician that his cologne bothered me, which i had been trying to avoid, but his answer made me feel less bad about it. he told me that if his cologne was an issue, i would not have tolerated the steam cleaning, because the steam itself is fragrant given he uses the same machine for all his jobs. he should have told me that when he did the inspection and i specifically asked about fragrances. i canceled then and there. now, not only do i still have a dusty couch, but i am also sitting in an apartment that reeks of cologne (even with the windows open), with swollen sinuses. and i'm out the many gallons of water he used from my kitchen sink to fill up his filthy bucket, which he placed on in the sink instead of holding it to the faucet. these people are dirty and dispicable and unprofessionall--i should have known by the fact that they have no company name on their phone line or any of their paperwork. filthy, filthy business. original review: completely disorganized and dishonest. i was encouraged by their reviews online, but after keeping me waiting for their 2 hour arrival window today, they tried to tell me i'd canceled my own appointment (i had 2 confirmation emails from them and they record all calls so i simply referred them to those, and voila, they found my appointment!). they then tried to tell me their technician is 'on a job' and unavailable. i told them they have already kept me waiting and gaslit me about my appointment, so they're going to need to let me know when they are coming, and i'd like some money off of my bill. it's now 20 minutes past my window and i'm still on hold. i'll update this review if they ever show up...otherwise, i hope they see it and don't do this to anyone else.

they were professional, timely, they dd a great job on my carpets. very happy with their work and i would highly recommend!

Efficient, detailed, and consistent. have not had a complaint about any aspect.
