The drive through carwash left multiple scratches all over my car, as well as my boyfriend’s who went on a different day than i did. am positive these scratches are the result of the carwash as we are both attentive to our cars.

additionally, the highest level wash left tons of bugs + pollen on my car.

Great all around car wash. super spacious and plenty of room to clean all of your car without feeling rushed. the staff is great! super clean.

Otto’s new santa rosa beach location is amazing. not only does the car wash get your car spotless with shiny tires, the vacuums and compressed air make detailing a breeze. with unlimited washes on one of the plans it makes pollen season livable!!

Closed at 6:30. i bought a premium membership and the last 2 times i have tried to go through, i could not. i'm starting to think that was a bad idea.

The guys helping with prewash were amazing! they actually took the time to help with the bugs i had accumulated after a long weekend drive. i did not use the vacuum service today but the new facility looks awesome
