We had two showers installed by d&w at the end of 2022 and completed in early 2023. our kids' bathroom install was done by jake & levi kneuss and it was phenomenal. they came on time and stayed late to make sure things were completed to perfection. it looks like it's right out of the showroom. our other shower was a little more complicated. the shower head was scratched and loose, the caulk was mess and the shower ended up leaking from the pipe behind and the door due to a sloped angle leading the water outwards. while this was an inconvenience and slightly frustrating, i am still giving d&w a positive review because they took the time and righted the wrong. everything was fixed or redone to our satisfaction by a team of highly skilled professionals. we appreciate their time and effort making sure we had a quality product in the end and would trust them with future projects.

My install was a little unusual as i have a log house. the installers listened to and what needed to be done. they were respectful, and timely. i would certainly use them again should the need arise. the doors look beautiful.

D&w installed 3 windows and siding on our home. window install took no time at all, maybe an hour or 2 if that. andy and his crew, who did the siding, were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding any questions we had regarding installation. the project was completed in 2 and 1/2 days, they installed our new light fixtures, doorbell, cleaned up after they were finished and didn’t act like my husband got on their nerves when he talked them to death and asked a million questions 😂! i’d gladly refer d&w for your home improvement needs!

We actually had our tub removed and replaced by a shower. everyone was professional and helpful starting in the showroom in davison. be sure to spend some time and ask if what you see is their current offerings as we were surprised by our grab bars. the brochure is also limited help as what you see may not be what you get. the bath manager who measured was able to show us photos of recent installs to help us make choices. the installers were on time and finished by early afternoon including cleanup. a salesman even came by to see some of the installation process. that impressed us.

We had some cheap double hung windows replaced with a beautiful picture window. great install….fantastic workers who were respectful of our property and cleaned up everything when done. the window…well let’s say i don’t have to go outside to see the deer anymore. will use them again as we replace other windows in our new home.
