The crew was very careful when taking out the old stained glasses windows so they didn't break! professional, hard working, clean! the only problem i had was within the office people, because i called to get an update on installation date just to get a ball park and waited total of 3 weeks with 3 different calls. even manager did not call me back but the next day i got a call and asked if they could install that day. that was my only complaint. i would recommend for windows!

Everything about this company was a joy to work with. the installation was a success! the installer was more than professional, on time, and worked his butt off in some hot temps! we will definitely be using them on the future for our home windows, and possibly our cabin if they are within range. thanks for everything d&w!

Very excited that we chose d&w windows to put in our four seasons room. it is one of our favorite rooms in the house. the price was very reasonable, considering we looked at another company that was more expensive and it was for a smaller three season room. the quality of the room is second to none and the staff was excellent. i wish we would of done this sooner so we could enjoy our space even longer.

Jerry was a great installer. he arrived on time, explained what he was doing, answered my questions and replaced a piece of wood that had rotted.

I've had 10 main floor windows, and 6 basement windows replaced by d&w and i couldn't be happier with the work that they do. the communication, promptness, detail, and finished product was extraordinary. not to mention the price was far less expensive than any other quote i received. ben callis is the guy that you need to ask for. he is personable, funny, and very genuine. front to back, and top to bottom, awesome experience from a great local company.

Our experience with d&w windows was outstanding from beginning to end. our sales representative, ben callis, was very professional. he expertly guided us through the process of ordering replacement windows for our whole house. the installation team, lead by sean, did a wonderful job too. we are very pleased with the quality of their work. because of the positive experience with the window replacement job, we returned to d&w windows and are in the process of getting vinyl siding for our house. i highly recommend d&w windows.

We had all 15 windows replaced in our home. our sales person ben callis assisted in making sure our windows were installed in a timely fashion. the installation team was fast, friendly and professional. they did a great job! we were pleased and impressed with the clean up they did as well.
