We added a new window to our kitchen and part of our contract with d&w was for them to do all of the carpentry and prep work for it. little did they know it would include moving plumbing (twice!) and redoing the drywall on both the wall and ceiling! they worked with our busy schedules to ensure the least interruption to our lives!

Overall good. my only negative comment is that we had a special order that held up our installation and no one kept us in the loop about when things were going to happen, etc.

Great windows

The team, at d&w, did a good job. a couple items were either missing or wrong color. but, they returned promptly to replace.

Had our bathroom redone, looks great. only problem encountered was that the drain was clogged after they did everything. cost me $50 in supplies to fix the problem realizing that when they cut the floor out to make room for the drain they let pieces of the floor get into the drain and it blocked the flow of water.

Make great windows and doors. their planning department leaves a lot to desire. couldn't give us a target installation date for weeks after we put down a deposit. windows were eventually installed, but they forgot the night safety locks on all the windows and the toe lock for the doorwall. they installed the missing hardware promptly. it was kind of a debacle, but we are happy with the new windows, doorwall, and their installation now that it is all done.

They showed up, were polite and efficient, cleaned up my property thoroughly, and left me loving my new roof and all the compliments from my neighbors.
