Great customer service and nice window selection

We needed a new patio roof cover over our back porch. i called d & w and scheduled an appointment. salesman lee was punctual, viewed the work site, and took initial measurements. later another worker came to take final measurements. the best part was i thought we'd be waiting 6-8 weeks to get it done some time around the 4th of july, but it ended up being just after memorial day ahead of schedule! the installation crew hit a snag on the first day, but kept at it as best they could and never got tilted about it. andrew, josh, and herb stuck it out in high heat and humidity and did what they could without the tool they'd need to move ahead. special thanks to them guys for coming back promptly the next day, finishing the work, and cleaning up the area really nice! the patio cover is awesome and we love sitting in our backyard again. everything went pretty good and we'd use this company again or recommend them to anybody. thank you

Great customer service during sales, installation, & follow up. no high pressure fast talking sales reps either. quality is spot on. they installed our windows, patio slider; plus 2 walk in showers to include removing all the old demo trash. both projects took only 1 day apiece. highly recommend giving them a chance to quote your next project.
