Am absolutely delighted with my new deck awning! barry and matt worked together so well they knew what each other needed without saying a word. i no longer have a blazing morning sun baking the patio window until afternoon, and expect to get an immediate savings on my air conditioning expense. they were thorough, knowledgable, and professional to the end.

First of all our salesman noah was top notch does not pressure you doesn't push you or sway you either way let you make your decision and then verifies it he is an asset to that company the installers were top notch even ask for a vacuum to clean up the little mess that they made so if you're wondering who to call call d&w windows they make a world of difference we are waiting for the new windows to come in for our second batch so that tells you something of their reputation and knowledge that we went back twice now thank you d&w.update 2nd round is done and wow start to finish this company the salesmen and installers are perfect all window in the house are dw try them they are the very best i mean best.

D&w made purchasing our new windows easy! heather rosa came to our house and explained everything. she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. she was able to guide us to solutions for our unique window needs. the installers (brian and kevin) were very professional and answered even more questions. they also cleaned up as they worked and that was much appreciated! thank you to the entire team!

This is our second time using d&w for a home improvement project, once for new windows, and once for a bathroom install. we love our new windows and bathtub/shower surround! from the receptionist, sales person, project managers, plumber, and installation experts, every person we worked with was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. great company, great product, and great people!

We needed a new patio roof cover over our back porch. i called d & w and scheduled an appointment. salesman lee was punctual, viewed the work site, and took initial measurements. later another worker came to take final measurements. the best part was i thought we'd be waiting 6-8 weeks to get it done some time around the 4th of july, but it ended up being just after memorial day ahead of schedule! the installation crew hit a snag on the first day, but kept at it as best they could and never got tilted about it. andrew, josh, and herb stuck it out in high heat and humidity and did what they could without the tool they'd need to move ahead. special thanks to them guys for coming back promptly the next day, finishing the work, and cleaning up the area really nice! the patio cover is awesome and we love sitting in our backyard again. everything went pretty good and we'd use this company again or recommend them to anybody. thank you
