Had 7 windows and a doorwall installed. josh was a great sales rep, low pressure, very educational and didn’t trash talk the competition. answered several questions following our appointment until we got everything figured out. install date fell into the estimated timeframe. we were concerned when only a single installer showed up for our job but it was obvious he had been doing this type of work for many many years and we were so impressed with the quality of work we didn’t mind it taking a couple extra days. the grille pattern we had ordered was not what was installed, and additionally there were a few cosmetic defects. when i spoke to derek and debbie they both were completely accommodating, did not try to weasel out of taking care of it and had replacement windows made and installed within a few weeks of the initial install. we’ve already had a few really cold mornings and notice a huge difference compared to our previous windows, no drafts, no condensation.

The main reason we went with this company for our roof and barn replacement was the reviews. i must say that we are very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. josh was not pushy as a salesman, the crew was very courteous, hard working group and appeared to work well as a team. they also got the job done quickly , started early and worked soild all day that they were here. good help is hard to find. i hope this company appreciates these hard working and skilled individuals. highly recommend this company!

With the recent storm i woke up to an unpleasant surprise of water dripping from the recessed lighting in our kitchen. we had already stopped at another place and were told that it would be $79 for the initial inspection and that it would be nearly a week before they could get us in. as soon as we stepped foot into d&w, we were greeted, and as soon as we stated our concerns, joshua stepped up and asked if we were free now to have our concerns inspected! he came to our house, looked at our issues, and provided us with an estimate for repairs. i plan to return tomorrow to speak with joshua again and set the appointment/provide deposit for the new roof. joshua’s servant attitude/heart = one impressed customer!

While i will admit we had some issues , management was able to solve them to our satisfaction. we are very happy with the doorwall we had installed. i would definitely recommend them as their installers are friendly, professional and efficient.
