The main reason we went with this company for our roof and barn replacement was the reviews. i must say that we are very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. josh was not pushy as a salesman, the crew was very courteous, hard working group and appeared to work well as a team. they also got the job done quickly , started early and worked soild all day that they were here. good help is hard to find. i hope this company appreciates these hard working and skilled individuals. highly recommend this company!

With the recent storm i woke up to an unpleasant surprise of water dripping from the recessed lighting in our kitchen. we had already stopped at another place and were told that it would be $79 for the initial inspection and that it would be nearly a week before they could get us in. as soon as we stepped foot into d&w, we were greeted, and as soon as we stated our concerns, joshua stepped up and asked if we were free now to have our concerns inspected! he came to our house, looked at our issues, and provided us with an estimate for repairs. i plan to return tomorrow to speak with joshua again and set the appointment/provide deposit for the new roof. joshua’s servant attitude/heart = one impressed customer!

While i will admit we had some issues , management was able to solve them to our satisfaction. we are very happy with the doorwall we had installed. i would definitely recommend them as their installers are friendly, professional and efficient.

I had an excellent experience with d&w from start to finish! everyone i worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and professional ... and in this covid era, everyone adhered to safety measures! d&w was priced very reasonably but more importantly, d&w windows were the best of the 4 estimates i received ... and bonus, michigan made windows! i have to give a big shout-out to the installation crew, who clearly were very experienced and worked diligently to replace, trim and clean up all 14 of our original 1953 windows in less than 6 hours on a chilly december day. my pictures aren't great but these windows are!

I had a crew come in today and install my windows. it was "logans crew" he said. great guys, laid a cloth down all over the house to not dirty up the floors. they were on time any questions i had that answered. no issues. i recommended these guys to a few of my friends, good job guys!
